Lancer Slop #1: Grant License

The Grant is an untested Harrison Armory license inspired by Helldivers 2. If there's any interest I could make an lcp file, otherwise I'm not gonna bother.

The license includes an original frame, 4 weapons, and 2 systems, focusing around the Grant's "Strained Mounts" trait, encouraging alternating weapons, as well as some utility.

The numbers in each item's name reference the Helldivers counterpart that inspired it. These are rough analogs at best, especially with the O48 which combines all the different air/orbital strikes into the stratagem launcher the mechs in Helldivers 1 had.

Level 1:
M105 Repeating Rifle: Auxiliary Rifle that can attack again later on crit.
A03 Tesla Coil: Drone that enables 'faux-reliable' AP damage near it.

Level 2:
Grant Frame: With 3 Main/Auxes and Integrated X49 Autocannons, the Grant is held back by it's strained mounting systems, requiring it to alternate and replace weapons to approach maximum firepower.
A14 SLHS Platform: Main Launcher that is weak without a lock from any other weapon, but frighteningly accurate with one.
R77 Skyburst Launcher: Main Launcher that has Loading and produces a Knockback AoE at range.

Level 3:
L99 Nova Cannon: Main Cannon that deals hefty AP energy damage with a cooldown and self heat.
O48 Strategic Aerosol Deployment Tube: Versatile system that acts like a grab-bag of higher range, lower area utility grenades.
